I had been worried to try out a monochrome look as it’s only really something I see celebrities wearing as a funky trend. Since I don’t tend to be super “trendy” with my work wear, I wanted to challenge myself to find new looks. I have to say that I am loving a monochrome outfit as a work look!!
What is a monochrome outfit you might ask? It is basically having all your outfit be a single color! You can add different patterns and textures to the look as well.
It was actually really easy to throw together because it meant I didn’t have to worry about the colors/patterns matching! A tip for styling this is not caring about the shades of color either. You can tell the blouse and the skirt are different shades but they are the same silk texture.
