Fun Frills

Top: Romwe [c/o] // Jeans: Topshop // Purse: SheIn // Necklace: Love Always // Heels: Sam Edelman // Lips: Stila // Sunnies: BP (Similar HERE for $12!)

Happy Wednesday! Thank goodness its a short week this week haha. I honestly don’t know why long weekends make the next week so hard but they do! My motivation level is at an all time low after a three day weekend! I guess its because we are in that relaxed state of mind haha.

Anyway to help add to the fun of this four day week… I wanted to throw some frills out there! This frill top is so stunning in person and I knew exactly how I was going to style it the minute I saw it. I love how feminine it is with the frill pleats and the color blush. For sizing I would size up because it does run a little bit small. I wish I had gone with a large instead of a medium just so it wasn’t so snug. I also added a white tank underneath just because I was worried it was going to be a little bit see-through. Other than that this top is meant for any fairy tale princess! The frills on the sleeves are so chic and elegant. I loved any color blush up against white during the summer. It just looks so clean!

Hope everyone is enjoying their 4 day week! I am super excited for this weekend because I will be packing for the beach:) Y’all know its my favorite place to go haha. We will also be shooting some fun summer content for y’all, which I am so excited for! I will be doing a blog post on how to pack efficiently for the beach so I would love to hear some feed back from y’all on struggles you have while trying to pack! Leave me a comment below!

Gingham Style

Top: SheIn [c/o] // Jeans: Top Shop // Earrings: BaubleBar // Purse: Forever 21 (Sold out, Similar HERE ONLY $30!!) // Heels: Steve Madden // Lips: MAC ‘TWIG’

Happy Monday, Friends!! Hope I didn’t get the Gingham Style song stuck in your head with that title;) haha. I have been craving everything gingham lately. Every time I see it online or in a store, I am running towards it! This one comes in two other colors as well, including, blue and red! The red looks just like a little picnic table which totally made me want to have a cute little picnic on the lawn.

This gingham top was super special to me because of the dainty little bows all the way down the back of the top! We all know now my obsession with bows so it was no surprise that this gingham top shows up on the blog haha. I styled the black gingham with some blush accessories to add a small pop of color! It was such a fun piece to style and show off the gingham style that is super in right now:)

A little less glamours than this outfit, this past weekend Jeremy and I went camping haha. Not like sleeping in a cabin camping but pitch a tent, sleep on the floor with sleeping bags kind of camping! To say the least I won’t be sleeping on the floor anytime soon haha… I might be getting a little too old for that! I did film Jeremy putting the tent together on Instagram stories which I thought was pretty funny. He is such an outdoorsy man and I am far from that but I compromise with him from time to time;)

Thanks for stopping by and spending a little bit of your Monday with me!

What’s Up, Buttercup!

Dress: Shop The Mint [c/o] // Earrings: Shop The Mint // Jacket: J.Crew // Wedges: Jeffery Campbell // Sunnies: B.P. (Designer dupes, Similar HERE)

What’s Up, Buttercup? Happy Wednesday:) Today I am sharing this gorgeous buttercup spring dress from Shop The Mint! I have followed them on Instagram for so long and have purchased a couple of their pieces a while back. All their pieces are really great quality which to me is everything because there is nothing worse than purchasing something online and it coming in all ganky haha. I love that a lot of their items are floral with bright colors, including this spring buttercup dress:) We all know my love affair with floral patterns haha.

Two colors I try to steer clear of being a redhead is orange and yellow. Orange is super hard for me to wear without looking like a big orange haha! And yellow is a hard color because redheads tent to be fair skin, so any light yellows wash redheads out. When I was going through Shop The Mint’s website this dress instantly stood out to me and all I could think is “I HAVE TO TRY THIS BUTTERCUP COLOR OUT!”. Besides lavender, blush, and baby blue, I would 100% say buttercup is up there in spring colors. So I crossed my fingers and toes and hoped that I wouldn’t look like a ghost in it haha! To my dismay, it was absolutely stunning on:) I added these bauble earrings in teal to bring an extra piece if statement to the buttercup dress.

If your in the mood to shop till you drop or just looking for that perfect spring piece head to Shop The Mint for some really amazing pieces! Be aware that their stuff sells out fast! Also if your like me and love to follow boutiques on insta then you should def follow them HERE!

Thanks for stopping by, buttercups!
