An Alternative Look To A Formal Suit

I am here for a good suit. One thats brings you confidence to enter that interview and commands a room. Most of my suits are black or navy and to be honest aren’t something I wear day to day to the office. I have found an alternative option for getting that look though. Simply putting a matching blazer and pants together!

This adds a lot of versatility to your work wear closet by adding two pieces that can go together or separately. The two paired together dresses things up by giving off the impression of a suit. Styled separately, they each add key professional pieces to other looks without being too formal. Suits aren’t easily separately and tend to go together as a whole so mixing and matching aren’t really an option.

While this blazer and pant outfit is styled with the same material and color, I have found that you can achieve the same look with two different materials. For example, I have taken a linen navy blazer, put a white blouse underneath and paired it with navy work pants. It still achieves the same goal of looking little bit more formal without being a suit!

Maybe you can buy blazer and pants separately but combined they are a real suit as color and fabric are matching right?

Looks great regardless of being a suit or not 🙂
