What’s In My Ulta Bag?

Happy Wednesday! About every 2 weeks I head into Ulta to restock in my usual makeup plus try out new things. Over the years some of the items that I randomly picked up have become my “usuals”! That is why I absolutely love trying out new products. Today I will be sharing what is in my Ulta Bag so you can get all the details on what I use to get myself ready!

EYE’S

Urban Decay Eye Shadow Primer: Honestly the only eyeshadow primer I have ever used and I have absolutely no complaints at all! It goes on really well and helps my eyeshadow stay in place all day long.

Naked Skin Concealer: Sometimes when I am in a hurry I accidentally skip this step and you can visually notice the difference in my eyes! It isn’t cakey at all and blends so nicely with my foundation.

Benefit “Precisely, My Brow” Pencil: Personally I have no idea how to do my eyebrows… cue the best eyebrow pencil EVER! It has really helped my learn how to shape my eyebrows plus if it goes everywhere you can simply wipe it off easily. I suggest watching YouTube videos on this:)

Naked “Basics” Palette: I use this every single day! The best part for me is the simplicity of it. I don’t have to go through a ton of colors or figure out what to put on my eyes. I use all the colors inside the palette too so I use it up all at the same time!

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara: I use this as my base coat for my mascara. It has a more precise brush and grabs all my eye lashes so nicely.

Too Faced “Better Than Sex” Mascara: The name of this mascara basically describes how the mascara works;) I use this after the Roller Lash Mascara to add some volume to my eyelashes!

FACE

Tarte Poreless Primer: Hands down the best primer I have ever used! My skin is so soft and smooth once I apply this primer. Which is exactly what I need before apply any foundation to my skin.

NARS Tinted Moisturizer: I love this for a more full coverage tinted moisturizer. It has SPF in it so I used it a lot during the summer for when I was hanging by the pool or spending the day outside.

Revlon ColorStay Foundation: 100% you HAVE to get this foundation! It is full coverage and goes on so nicely. I have actually gotten questions about my foundation quiet a lot lately and every one I share it with is blown away that I use it. It stays all day in place and doesn’t get too oily on my skin either.

Marc Jacobs Flawless Foundation: To be honest I use this only for special occasions such as weddings, date nights, etc. It is pretty expensive but for those special moments it’s so nice to have. It’s a full coverage foundation but doesn’t feel heavy on your skin.

CoverFix Setting Powder: I use this under my eyes and apply it with a damp beauty blender! It really brightens your eyes and sets your concealer in all day. It is the only powder that I have found that doesn’t end up 1. looking super white in photos and 2. bunching up into the creases of your under eye. Also a lot of beauty youtubers highly recommend it!

Hoola Bronzer: This is what I use to contour my face! I don’t use a contour palette because if you put this with the setting power it basically is a contour palette. For me it is just simple to use a bronzer. I put it in a shape of a 3 on the side of my face!

Too Faced Blush: A little goes a long way with this blush! Which I love because it lasts longer:) Too Faced offers tons of different colors. I have the Ulta lady fit me with the correct color for my skin! Also I love that it’s matte without sparkles. It makes adding a highlighter on top more enhanced.

Stila Highlight: Ohh la la! This highlighter is incredible!! I love that it is kind of a mousse highlighter. By this point I have so much powder on my face that this brightens my skin a lot. It’s so pretty in person:)

Urban Decay “All Nighter” Setting Spray: Want to know my secret for getting my make up to look flawless for 24 hours?? Well you are looking right at it! I am not kidding when I say you NEED this is your life. There are times when you want something and then their are times when you need something. This is a definite need! I can’t describe it to you so you will have to check it out for yourself.

HAIR

DryBar “Hold Me” Clips: These are something I got randomly when I was at Ulta a couple weeks ago! I have been struggling with how to keep my hour out of my face while I do my make up. Putting my hair up would crease it so I didn’t really have many options. That is until I found these bad boys! They are like my third and fourth hand while getting ready.

DryBar Dry Conditioner: I randomly grabbed this as I was heading to the check out line at Ulta. We all know what dry shampoo is but I had never heard of dry conditioner! I will keep yall posted on how it works out:)

Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast: I have tried a TON of hair products and this is one that I continuously come back to time and time again! It really helps add volume to straight hair, curly hair and any hair in-between. It also smells amazing!!

STORAGE

I had been searching and searching for a make up box for such a long time. There are really expensive ones out there but I could not justify the price personally. I honestly would have never thought to look at Amazon for an acrylic make up box had Amazon not recommended it to when I was searching for something else. I love this box because it stores everything perfectly. It keeps my make up very organized and easy to see where everything is.

To hold all my make up brushes, I use this darling candle holder! I filled it with clear marbles and then push my make up brushes into to hold them up. This candle holder was a gift from a friend so I am not sure where it is from. You could definitely find something similar at Hobby Lobby or Home Goods!

If you have any questions at all about the make up I shared, please feel free to leave a comment below! Have a wonderful rest of the week:)
