You know when you get into a complete funk and can’t get out of it? I was coming off such a creative high after Christmas with all the reds, greens, blues and golds. Then January hit and I really haven’t felt super inspired by anything I see. I have been on the hunt for pops of color and spring vibes but it’s still the middle of winter and it doesn’t feel quite right yet!
Que all the caramel pieces I can find currently sitting in my closet. Lately, I have found it to be just a great color all around and I truly believe that. Here is why! It goes with navy, black, blush, white or basically any other color. It is a very sophisticated and chic color that is normally found woven into many different designer pieces! It’s simple so it’s easy to pair with a lot of different items.
For a while I steered clear of it due to it blending with my hair but over these past couple weeks I have found myself drawn to it for most of my work wear. I have shared many times that I am not a fan of black so I feel this is a compromise.
I will say pairing the caramel with the white did spark a little something in me when I shot this look and made me want to do all white winter look for work! I have been on the hunt for good white work pants so if you know of any please let a girl know!!
