The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is going on now for early access members (opens to public July 28th)! Over the weekend I spent some time going through and picking some great workwear staples to add to my closet. The one I was really excited about was these Sam Edelman black sneakers! I had seen some black sneaker workwear inspiration on Pinterest a couple months back and thought I should try it out for the fall. For those that can be casual at work, sneakers are a great options. I have styled my favorite Veja white sneakers a lot with workwear over the past year and excited to add these black sneakers to my closet. They look sharp and professional but are really comfy!
I styled the Sam Edelman black sneakers with black work pants and a light sweater, both part of the Nordstrom sale! I wanted to keep the workwear look simple and easy to put together. Nothing too fancy but a great staple business casual workwear outfit you can recreate! During the summer, I love to have a light sweater with me to throw on in the office. I always get super cold so it’s nice to have something light to keep me warm. If you don’t want to style a light sweater right now, you could easily trade it for a white or black t-shirt!
