Fall Inspired Work Dresses

Fall is in full swing and I love catering my work wear towards the seasons. Since I don’t have to just stick with black on black for work wear, I add in more browns, greens, blues, etc during the fall. If it’s something I have to wear day in and day out then I might as well have fun with it right?! The seasons changing really helps to fuel some inspiration for new work wear looks. It gets me excited to switch things up, try something new and bring in new shades of colors I don’t normally try. This dress from Nordstrom was an eye catcher and one I couldn’t pass up on. It was at the beginning of fall I saw it and the colors were perfect for a fall inspired work dress. I love how the deep orange and navy really brought out this beautiful fall feel. It’s funny how one dress can bring so much more inspiration to your wardrobe. I don’t normally wear a lot of orange, since I have red hair, but after trying this dress on it inspired me to test it out with other items.

Dresses are one of those items that I constantly wish I had more of in my closet. I love a good work dress since they are so much easier to style. It’s simply one and done. No spending time thinking about what am I going to style on bottom or does this top match. You can simply throw a blazer over the top to create a different look with the same dress!
