Everyone is gearing up for summer travel soon and I have rounded up my essentials whenever I am flying! I try so hard to not over pack or “pack too much” but honestly it never happens haha. So I have found ways to keep organized and make sure everything fits nicely in a carry on/tote! I will say summer travel tends to be a lot easier to fit everything since most of the clothes/shoes are lighter than winter. This past trip to California, I was able to fit everything into a carry on! Below I am sharing the items I used to stay organized:)

Carry On Suitcase
I ordered this carry on right when I started my big job! I knew I was going to be traveling and wanted something that was light weight, professional and easy to pack. After doing a lot of research on the different suitcases, I ended up falling on this Beis carry on. I love how it has separate areas which makes packing really easy. It has a clear pouch on one side for any items that may get your clothes wet. I love to store my bathing suits in there if I have been to the beach so my clothes don’t get wet! Overall the carry on is great quality and holds up really well to all the damage airports cause to your luggage.

Tote Organizer
To be honest, I didn’t think I needed this tote organizer to travel. I have clear pouches that I store everything in and thought that was the best way to stay organized, but I was wrong. I love how many different pockets this organizer offers and how it helps keep your tote structured. I am able to put my chap stick and ID in a pocket for easy access and not worry about it fall out out!

Laptop Case
To keep my laptop from getting damaged while traveling I love to use this Barrington Gifts laptop case. I will ever slide my iPad into the case as well so everything is safe and secure in there. One of my many things I love about Barrington Gift items are the different ways you can customize them! I love that the prints are all so different but they go together really well. Packing Cubes
If you have not traveled with packing cubes, then you are missing out! These are truly life changing!! They keep everything so organized and help to fit more items in your suitcase. I grabbed these ones from Amazon in a beige and was really impressed with the quality. I also like how they have straps on the inside to help secure everything down.

Clear Pouches & Toiletry Bag
These clear pouches are great for organizing different items when traveling! Honestly they are really good to have in general. I have used them a number of times but mostly to store make up when traveling. I love that I can clearly see where my make up is in each of them. Plus they they flat so I just lay them on top of everything in my suitcase instead of having one big bulky make up bag. They are really easy to clean if anything spills inside them as well!
The “My Toiletry” bag has been a favorite of mine for a while! The inside is lined so if anything spills inside of it them it’s easy to clean up. The bag surprisingly holds a lot more than I was expecting. I try really hard not to take too many facial products with me when I travel but I like to keep a good skincare routine even when I am not at home. I fit all my facial products, tooth brush, toothpaste, hairbrush, lotion, and more in there!

Suitcase Drink Holder
So yes this drink holder is a little extra… and when I say a little… I mean a lot haha! But hear me out, you are walking through the airport, you have one hand with your phone, another hand with your carry on but no where to hold your coffee! For me it’s a lot going on so when I saw this on Amazon, I grabbed it and thought I would try it on our trip. I LOVE IT! You do have to take it on and off which can be a pain but you don’t spill your coffee everywhere when walking through the airport. So if you are like me, then yes I would consider this drink holder an essential;)
