Happy First Friday of 2023!! Congrats you have officially made it through your first week of work in 2023😊 Honestly this week has felt like the longest week ever… even though it was only a 4 day week😅 Did you set your career goals for 2023 yet?? I have written a few of mine down!

“No one cares what you are doing, unless you tell them your career story!”

One goal I want to encourage you to reach by the end of this month is setting up standing one on one’s with mentor, co-workers, and leaders! I do co-workers/team member calls once a week, mentors monthly and leadership quarterly! It really helps to help you become visible in your company, ask questions about your career growth and engage with your co-workers. Make this your year to shine, network and build your story!
