Happy Wednesday!! I shared on Instagram stories that I have been trying to read more as a way to relax. The book I picked up a couple weeks ago was “My Husbands Secret”. I had read “Big Little Lies” from the same Author and loved her style of writing. “My Husbands Secret” actually really surprised me in more ways than one and I will share below why:)

Book Reviews are so hard to do because you don’t want to give away too much! But I had to share this book with you all. While I haven’t had a ton of time in these past couple weeks, this has been my favorite way to end the day.
Without ruining the whole book, there is a plot twist which some may seem to find predictable. Call me naive but I personally did not find see the plot twist coming so it definitely caught me by surprise! Also it is a light murder mystery book so you can catch my drift on what the plot twist might be about. I say “My Husbands Secret” is a light murder mystery because it isn’t super gruesome or scary per say. I guess it’s more of a thriller than a murder haha.
Another thing I absolutely loved about “My Husbands Secret” was the strong characters that this book was centered around. I really related to one of the characters who keeps everything together from the outside but isn’t exactly all that perfect on the inside. It was also interesting how one persons life affected so many other people around them! The connects that you pick up on throughout the book was really fascinating:)
I am thinking of reading either “The Women In Cabin 10” or “The Kind Worth Killing For”! I couldn’t get past the first few pages of Big Little Lies, but LOVED the show!
This sounds like a fun book! I’m looking for some summer reading, so I will check this out!
